My son’s last words - Keep Moving Forward.  It is these 3 words that Josh said that I believe are to be preserved and used as a message for my life.  But more importantly, I believe it is also a message that he left for you, the reader, for it can change your life.  We are all just trying to make it in a world of hurt.  Josh leaves us with a message that can truly make the difference in your life as you face every day.    

I have known very few real heroes in my lifetime but to have known one who was my son is very humbling.  This is one hero’s story. 

We need more heroes.
